Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are entering into this contract for purposes that are outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that use of AmveoAI begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full extent of use provided for under the contract.

Special Note for Digital Services
If you have expressly requested that we begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal will be lost upon full performance of the contract by us, your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed. Until that point, the pro-rata payment obligation described above applies.
